While we strive to offer efficient and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted collection, notifications, or water exchange. Users agree that Majra is not responsible for delays, technical issues, environmental factors, or misuse of the service.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
By creating an account, requesting water collection, or purchasing products from Majra, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Users must provide accurate information, maintain safe and accessible water sources, and follow all service guidelines. Clean water will be provided in exchange for collected gray water, or users may opt to receive loyalty points redeemable for discounts or products from partner brands. Majra reserves the right to refuse collection if water is unsafe, contaminated, or access is blocked. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated.
